Looking back to the past years worth of dedication and hard work by our agent it turned out to be another strong year. We landed as one of the top selling agencies in the Adirondack Champlain Valley Multiple Listing Service. Our final 2025 sales landed over $110 million between our two offices. We would like to give a massive shout out to our teams for their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm in our local real estate community. These qualities not only show up locally with five of our agents in the top 25 sales agents including our Broker/Owner, Margie Philo, who was the top sales agent but also internationally through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. With last years production 11 of our real estate agents are recognized for threshold awards. These threshold awards recognize agents who are at the top of the field internationally in sales. Our office had agents reach varying levels of awards from Chairman’s Circle Gold (Top 3%) to Honor Society (Top 17%). Additionally, one of the agents was recognized for a legends award that is awarded to agents who have reached the Chairman’s Circle 5 years.
