This was another out of the world year for our two offices – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Adirondack Premier Properties and Adirondack Realty. Our offices sold over $150 million dollars worth of properties this past year leading us to be the top agency in the region. This could not happen without the hard work and dedication by our real estate agents striving to provide the best service possibly to the buyers and sellers. BHHS Awards From 2023 Sales
Earlier this year 9 of our agents were awarded Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Threshold awards that go to the top sales agents based on gross commission income or closed units. These awards ranged from the Platinum (Top 1%) to Leading Edge (Top 9 %) what includes internationally through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. You can view what agents received the awards here.
Additionally, our office received a round table award what honors the top three network member offices in various regions based on size in which we received the one for Northeast Region.
This years sales were similar with 7 of our agent landing in the top 25 agents in the Adirondacks so we expect to have another great showing on the BHHS awards for 2024!
