Located just off Penninsula Way, this waterfront home is perfectly secluded but also a short drive to downtown Lake Placid. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps up to 6 guests and has one king, one queen, and 2 twin beds. Enjoy the wrap around deck and barbecue grill while taking in the waterfront views. The Penninsula Trail is also walking distance from the house, and offers a beautiful view over Lake Placid lake at the end of a short trail walk.
**Shared Water Access**- no path or floating dock from the house. Guests must go down to the boathouse (about 200 feet away) to swim and dock the boat on the south side of the boathouse. At the boathouse guest can sit on/ swim from the dock.
