Saranac River
A 81 mile river that also runs through the Adirondacks just north of the Ausable River that empties into Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh, NY
This river covers from Upper Saranac Lake through the lakes in Saranac Lake out to Franklin Falls continuing through multiple towns as it makes its way to Plattsburgh. Many communities can be found surrounding this river providing wonderful opportunities to explore and fish throughout the region.
